For this role your mission will be:
-Contribute to the definition and implementation of guidelines, policies and processes relating to organizational development
- Plan, manage and constantly improve performance & leadership management, talent management and succession planning processes
- Manage the 360 ° assessment and potential assessments (individual and group)
- Manage the feedback about the assessment and support the managers in building individual development plans
- Manage the engagement survey process and related action plan at corporate level
- Manage the scouting of innovative methods and processes
In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology or equivalent and gained at least 5 years of experience in the field.
In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to focus on delivery, ability to interact with business owners and senior management globally, including strong written and verbal communication skills, strong problem solving, lateral thinking and project management skills, ability to work independently combined with proactivity and under pressure.
Fluent English is required.
