BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Main Responsibilities / Activities About role: The resource, part of the Business Development, Strategic Planning and M&A Area, will have direct exposure to the Group's Top Management. Major accountabilities: Participate in defining strategic guidelines Data mining, analysis and problem solving Business planning and scenario analysis, in an international environment Executive presentations preparation Organic growth: management of special projects (or parts of them) identified by the Group's Top Management, typically for business improvement opportunities and/or key business processes M&A: together with the team, screen potential targets, build financial plans, manage advisors, and, after deal, the post-merger integration activities Key Competences / Leadership Attributes Proactivity and ability to work in a team are crucial for this role Strong communication skills suitable to diverse contexts is important Proven ability to manage processes with limited guidance is a plus Attention to details and quality of output is essential Basic Requirements Degree in Engineering or in Economics; MBA is a plus Brilliant academic path Fluency in English is mandatory Proficient with Office Package At least 3 years experience in consulting firms or similar strategy-related roles Proven experience of having managed a significant number of business plans, preferably in international contexts ...
