Middle Visual Designer

The Visual Designer will be someone who is very creative, able to best communicate the company's brand identity and business growth through images, illustrations, animations and videos. He/She will be in charge of all visual communication and will support the UX Designers Team in the care of details and graphic choices. This person will have a large impact on the company communication and he/she will be leading all the graphics and technical elements of our brand image. Responsibility & activities for the future job: Brand Identity ideation & design Align the company’s communication to brand identity Logo Design, Motion Design and creation of 2D and 3D illustrations Support the team to update and the websites Work in the team to keep updating the guidelines, style guides, and set icons Support the marketing lanches Support and work with your future team of Digital designers, and the R&D Team. Creation of graphics and multimedia content for online events such as webinars and company presentations Processing of promotional videos about the company, the life-stile of the employees, the product and the mission Support the HR Team in social media communication with a view to employer branding Support and care of the corporate image at recruiting events What we expect from you: A portfolio that shows adaptability over multiple mediums (print and digital); 5+ years of experience Strong layout and typography skills; Ability to create original illustrations Basic knowledge of Responsive design Video editing and creation experience Ability to consistently impress with content quality Good English knowledge Personal skills: Close attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to form productive working relationships Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and work independently Portrait of a perfect candidate: You do not see problems, you just see solutions You are creative person who dedicates time also to personal projects You have knowledge in 3D modeling and Photography You love challenges and you take your responsibility seriously You are a tech enthusiast Moreover, you are a wizard in using tool for the production of illustration and vector images, raster or 3D We give much importance to your portfolio, so we expect to see: Wireframe well done, flows of design operation well crafted, creativity, interpretation, personnel style.
