YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’
As a Digital Product Owner you will be part of Operations Sustainability department for Philip Morris International and will be reporting to the Senior Manager Strategy & Program Delivery positionHead of Sustainability. The position will be based in Crespellano (Italy). A key responsibility will be to co-develop and implement the Ops Sustainability digital and analytics roadmap.
Specific responsibilities include:
• Own digital & analytics roadmap for the function : develop digital strategy with Digital Strategy team, participate in evaluation & approval of tools / applications with Digital Strategy & IT team
• Develop business case (assess value/impact) : build business case and assess business value /impact (define scope & implementation plan), Prioritize use cases for the function
• Own product & life cycle management: co-develop to POV and support prototype development with Digital Strategy and IT teams and finalize implementation roadmap & approach
• User Acceptance Testing
• Lead deployment of solution: plan for product release with IT and Digital Team, lead pilot and ensure deployment of digital solutions and realize business value/benefit
• Lead change management & drive adoption : Governance of function/category specific adoption and lead change management and business benefit realization
• Own changes in business requirement /case: update business case based on changes in business requirement and coordinate in maintenance of digital solutions (testing of changes, solving business issues)
Key Qualifications:
• University degree in Engineering. Field of Computer sciences, Automation or equivalent skills through proven experience
• At least 3 years’ experience in management of Digital Systems, Manufacturing Engineering, Process control, Automation and Industrial Internet of Things solutions, preferably in a Product Owner role
• Validated experience in project management both agile and waterfall, certification is a plus
• Working Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies
• IT Service Management, ITIL certification is a plus
• Knowledge of Computer System Validation (CSV) environment is a plus

• Proficiency in English both oral and written, Italian is beneficial
