The Maserati Connectivity team defines the connected services experiencefor Maserati customers. From market research, competitors analysis, services definition and the commercial offering strategy, to full market delivery in all regions.
The Maserati Connectivity team operates in sync with global teams of Stellantis, in order to be integrated in the global processes and guarantee that Maserati requirements are recognized and executed.
We are looking for a Service Planner that will take responsibility for Maserati Connected services portfolio and roadmap, supporting each service during the initial phase of service lifecycle: ideation, benchmark, service definition, use cases.
The Service Planner has to follow the entire Maserati Product line for Connectivity through all the expected regions and countries.
Main activities
Act as Maserati point of reference in the Global Connectivity process to guarantee Maserati needs are incorporated in the global service roadmaps;
Ideation: propose new services relevant for Maserati, based on customer needs and competitors benchmark analysis;
Description: prepare Functional Requirement documents (FCR) with detailed service use cases description;
Technical handover: guarantee the service is understood by technical development team development, and secure handover for the execution phase (FCR handover);
Support: support the development team withbusiness/customer driven directions when deviations occur during the execution phase;
Cooperation with global Stellantis teams to guarantee Maserati requirements;
Be the owner of Maserati Connected services catalog and commercial offer;
Define commercial offer (services packages, duration, prices) for each region and each model;
Maintain an up to date benchmark document by monitoring competitors regularly;
Define thecosts associated to each commercial offer (operational costs, variable costs) by analysis of the agreements with suppliers, and liaising with all involved departments (purchasing, ICT, legal, etc.);
Act as focal point for Maserati Connectivity expansion to new markets;
Identify need of expansion to new markets based on Maserati priorities and competitive scenario;
Define business requirements and liaise with all departments to facilitate the complete input for the business case;
Present the business case to Maserati leadership and to governance meetings for approval.
KPIs
New / innovative Connected service for Maserati service roadmap are defined;
Maserati Connected services are included in global roadmap in sync with Maserati models rollout plan;
Maserati Connected services use cases are developed correctly from definition to model application;
Maserati Connected services catalogs are defined in time for go-to-market activities.
Requirements
University degree in Business Administration / Engineering
Seniority/Years in the position: 5+ years of experience in planning roles within the automotive industry;
Previous field or companies: Must-have experience in mid/large structured companies (min- 5 years)
Proficiency in English (C1 equal or higher than) and Italian
Proficiency with Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint – GOOD; Google Suite – GOOD
Being familiar with JIRA (Atlassian) – BASIC (GOOD is a plus)
Microsoft Project BASIC knowledge as a plus
Technical skills: Organization & communication ability: the resource will operate in complex environment, will act as focal point and driver of the project
Soft skills: Team-working ability (the resource will be in contact with different stakeholders both internal and external) - personal interest for the Digital / Connected world, being able to contribute with original ideas
