Sustainability Transformation Manager Tetra Pak Iberia and South Europe

We are looking for a passionate and engaged Sustainability Transformation Manager who will lead Tetra Pak’s sustainability effort in South Europe and Iberia. You will report to the Sustainability Transformation Director for Tetra Pak Europe & Central Asia, and will be an active partner with our communications, marketing and sales departments.
This position is based in one of Tetra Pak’s offices in Rubiera, Italy or Arganda, Spain with approximately 10-15% travel.

What You Will Do
• Understand customer sustainability needs fundamentally from food industry key stakeholder drivers through expressed needs and concrete solutions.
• A deep and up-to-date knowledge of Tetra Pak’s portfolio and capabilities from a sustainability perspective.
• Connect customer needs with relevant capabilities to improve customer sustainability performance and Tetra Pak competitiveness together with sales and marketing teams.
• Outline and detail development needs where current portfolio does not meet market demands or where new opportunities materialise.
Who You Are
• University degree required (e.g. in marketing or environment).
• Minimum five years recent relevant work experience in sustainability focused roles.
• Experience in advocacy, communication, sustainability strategy execution and in public speaking.
• Experience with leading and managing projects and ability to work independently.
• Proactiveness, drive and focus on delivering results.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Native spoken Spanish or Italian, proficiency in both is an advantage.
• Excellent presentation skills, diplomacy and tact.
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
