Quality Assurance Analyst

Are you ready to take a new challenge in your career? Within E&CA Supply Chain Operations we are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst. This is a temporary position (1 Year) based in Rubiera (Italy). Key Responsibilities of the job: o Technical Issues and claims handler: first contact for the Market Company and coordinator of analysis for traceability and isolation of defective material at Customer, withdrawal of material from Customer site in case of anomalies found in production, QuTI-P tool Super User, in charge of technical issues and claims deployments, Administrating claims in SAP R/3. o Support for return authorizations and manage doctor of returned material from Customer site o In charge of monthly statistics and reports for Local and Cluster meetings o Member of the QM pillar, member of improvement teams and in charge of losses deployments. o Tis governance in terms of corrective actions improved by the Cells and TIs related KPIs follow-up. Qualifications Professional Skills: We expect you have Bachelor/Master Degree. Your English is expected to be fluent, both written and spoken and as well as Italian. Good knowledge of Office software Personal Qualifications: To be a successful candidate you are an independent worker, able to plan your daily job, prioritise activities.
