Digitalization Trainee

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION: In this role you will support digitalization stream within Industrialisation Team, mapping the current state, finding gaps and working on improving activities toward full digitalization control. This person will be also responsible developing digital dashboard/KPI of the whole Industrialization department (inside Supplier Management) at high level as well as per each functional competence. The position is based in Modena, Italy. The ideal candidate has: Master’s degree student in Management/Computer science/Industrial or similar disciplines; Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Excel proficient user; A good user of BI, Microsoft TAP; Analytical and results oriented, with a solid and systematic approach to tasks; Team player, with very good communication skills and the ability to interact with different stakeholders at many levels; Curious, committed and eager to learn and improve day after day.
