WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

The function is within Product Development, in the Customer Value and Applications team, whose mission is to govern a Total System Customer Value Proposition Process that focuses on a Customer’s Success. The Nutritionist activities will ensure the Product team is equipped with the right information to create products with the end goal to optimize the Return on Investment for the farmers. This knowledge will be built by his/her research on Nutritional Customer Value.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Studies crop cycle variables to discover best agricultural methods to optimize nutritional value for customers in the dairy and Livestock segment
• Coordinates field research to validate product definition and product performance as it relates to nutritional measurements. Assists in nutritional validation plan(s)
• Enhance on-site validation capabilities as it relates to nutritional capital resource projects. Exchange information with external customers (dealers, labs & farmers) to conduct tests. Exchange information with other test engineers and members of the related platform teams
• Support prioritization tradeoffs for biggest customer ROI capabilities
• Help drive customer level sustainability needs into our plans, based upon regional legislation and application changes
• Promote knowledge of customer experience to all teams and built segment value map

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master degree Bio-engineer in (animal) Nutrition or Animal Science Or Veterinarian Nutritionist
• Already gained relevant practical experience with agricultural machinery
• Strong collaboration and communication skills - Ability to influence other teams with your research findings
• Willingness to travel international occasionally
• High level of autonomy - Self-starting ability
• Fluent English
• Very good social skills and team player 
• Objective oriented, result driven
• Problem solver
