WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

The Junior Controller supports the Plant Controller in coordinating and validating the plant monthly actual, budgets, forecasts, financial analysis, and best estimates. Analyzing variances and proposing corrective actions. The position supports the manufacturing operational management with a proactive approach, accurate and timely financial data and analysis, and makes recommendations to improve key drivers of the business.The Junior Controller supports the Plant Controller in coordinating and validating the plant monthly actual, budgets, forecasts, financial analysis, and best estimates. Analyzing variances and proposing corrective actions. The position supports the manufacturing operational management with a proactive approach, accurate and timely financial data and analysis, and makes recommendations to improve key drivers of the business.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Forecast, Budget and Month end closing reporting
• Analyses the variances between budget, actual and forecast on long term projects and proposes corrective actions
• Internal Actuals reporting
• Annual cost center budgets support for SG&A and CAPEX
• Support Plant Controller to provide value-added analysis to operations management for profit improvement alternatives

Supervises and validates the estimate at completion of the long term projects ensuring the reliability of financial data

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree required in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 3 years financial/accounting experience in a variety of diverse roles within a  manufacturing environment
• Strong Forecasting and budgeting
• Working knowledge of SAP
• Exceptionally strong PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite required (advanced Excel)
• Ability to operative effectively in a matrix organizational structure
• Demonstrated strong business acumen and technical accounting skills
• Demonstrated passion and work ethic
• Demonstrated strong organizational and communication skills, including the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Good communication skills
